What is the difference between the types of purification cartridge?

TOP-DNA and TOPS-RNA Tubes: requires a vacuum manifold to load, wash and elute the oligo from the column. This process has been automated by some end users.

TOP-DNA Jnr: is used with syringes and the process is very manual but is good if the end user only has a few oligos to purify at one time. There is no RNA alternative in this case.

TOP-DNA (gravity tubes): are generally used in a manifold but in this case no vacuum is required. This can also be automated but the process is much slower than using the vacuum manifold.
