Submitting a support request

Before submitting a new support request it's always a good idea to have a look through the Knowledge Base and Community pages to see if the answer to your question already exists. This will save you a lot of time. If you can't find your answer, however, then please submit a new request.
  1. Click Submit a request at the top of the page.

  2. Enter a subject and description of the problem. As you enter a subject, a list of suggested articles in the knowledge base appears. You can click one of the articles instead of submitting the request.

  3. Click Submit.
